We don't like to call our vehicles mini buses, we call them executive coaches! We have designed and built our equipment specifically for our client's comfort and safety. One of the first things we did was to add seat belts. This isn't standard in the industry, but we feel it is an important part of the safety component.

Next, we set up everyone in the company with company e-mail and Blackberry phones. This ensures constant communication that is lost in so many of today's operations. Finally, we encourage "ownership" of each and every process. Chauffeurs are more than just the people behind the wheel, they are our front line sales force and the reason we exist. If you have ever ridden on a bus or mini coach and cringe at renting one again because of your experience, you have found the right company.

There are so many advantages to choosing Masters. Not the least of which is the fact that our chauffeurs are actual W-2 employees of the company! This is SO important. Many (if not most) bus companies pay their drivers as subcontractors. For the company involved, this eliminates workman's comp insurance, federal and state taxes and all quality control. At Masters we ensure that our chauffeurs receive a gratuity on everything they do. We require them to be early to all pickups, stay in communication and care for the client as if they were family.
